New owner Venne Colcoton

Dear all,

From the very beginning, more than 45 years ago, Venne has been my passion and an important part of my life. My goal has always been to build a company that exudes both quality and trust. After all these years, the time has come for me to pass the torch and enjoy my retirement.  

An essential condition for this decision was ensuring that the quality of our products would be maintained and that both the company and its employees would remain based in Voerendaal (NL).

I am proud to inform you that as of January 1, Venne Colcoton Unikat will be acquired by Paul Vervoorn, owner of Louët B.V. From that date, Venne will become part of Paver Holding B.V., which also includes Louët. As part of this transition, the name of our company will change to Venne B.V.  

I am confident that this acquisition will benefit the future of Venne Colcoton in many ways. Under new leadership, the company will continue to develop while maintaining the familiar quality and service you have come to expect from us.  

We will, of course, keep you informed about further details. We hope to continue providing you with the finest products and yarns from Venne in the future, just as we always have!
